Deposit and payment on order

To commence a bespoke order, reserve a specific stone or material, or make certain changes to an existing order, Ringfinity may require an advance deposit. On this page, you will find the official payment methods and important information regarding the processing of payments for your order.

Why is a deposit required?

At Ringfinity, every piece of jewellery is crafted with attention to detail and a personalised approach to each individual order. For bespoke items, orders featuring special stones, design modifications or other specific requirements, it may be necessary to request deposit before work begins.

The deposit is used for:

  • confirmation of the order and commencement of production;
  • reserving or securing in advance a specific stone, material or component;
  • confirmation of changes or additions to an order that has already been placed;
  • allocating production resources to create jewellery to individual specifications.

The amount of the deposit is determined in advance and specified by the Ringfinity team based on the specific project, the type of jewellery and the materials used.

Payment methods

For your convenience, we offer two official methods for paying a deposit or an additional amount towards your order:

1. Bank transfer

You can make the payment by bank transfer to Ringfinity’s business account:

First-choice: RINGFINITY LTD.
IBAN: IE43MPOS99039075291062
Reason for payment: customer name or order number

Please ensure that you always specify the following when making a bank transfer first name and surname or order number, so that we can identify and process the payment correctly.

2. Online payment by bank card

Ringfinity offers the option to secure online payment by bank card via a licensed payment service provider myPOS.

Payment is made via the operator’s secure page, with the card details not stored и are not available on Ringfinity. This provides a secure and convenient way to confirm an order or pay an additional amount.

What to specify when making a payment

To ensure your payment is processed without delay, please specify one of the following when making a bank transfer or online payment:

  • customer name, with which the order was placed;
  • order number, if it has already been created on the website;
  • when communicating with us directly – information that enables us to link the payment to the specific project.

If the payment relates to a further change to an order that has already been placed, it is also advisable to clarify this in advance in your correspondence with us.

How is the deposit accounted for?

Any deposit or additional amount paid is allocated to the specific order and is deducted from the final price of the jewellery, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Once payment has been received, the Ringfinity team proceeds to the next stage of the order – confirmation, reserving the gemstone or material, commencing production, or implementing the agreed alteration.

An important clarification

A deposit may be required in the following circumstances:

  • individual and bespoke orders;
  • commissions featuring natural diamonds, precious stones or specially selected materials;
  • models made to the customer’s specifications;
  • further changes to an order that has already been confirmed.

In such cases, the deposit serves as confirmation that work on the specific project is to commence and that the necessary materials will be procured.
