RINGFINITY Ltd. is a company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria, which operates an online store for the sale of gold jewelry and accessories through the website https://www.ringfinity.bg.

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Merchant and all users of the site, as well as the terms and conditions for purchase and sale through the e-shop.

2. Definitions

„Merchant“ - RINGFINITY Ltd, referred to above.
„User“ - any natural or legal person visiting the site or making a purchase.
„Website“ - https://www.ringfinity.bg.
„Products.“ - all items offered by the Merchant.
„Order“ - an electronically made statement of intent to purchase by the User.
„Distance contract“ - contract concluded through the website between the User and the Merchant.

3. General provisions
  1. The user accepts these Terms and Conditions by using the site or creating an order.
  2. The Merchant shall have the right to modify the contents thereof at any time, such modifications to be effective upon publication.
  3. The partial invalidity of individual clauses does not invalidate the entire Terms and Conditions.
4. Registration and access
  1. The user can create a custom profile, but this is not required to place an order.
  2. The user is responsible for the personal data provided, as well as for maintaining the confidentiality of their password.
  3. The creation of false or misleading profiles is prohibited.
5. Ordering and contract conclusion
  1. Ordering is done by filling in the form on the website.
  2. The Contract is deemed concluded from the moment of confirmation by the Merchant via email.
  3. The trader reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of:
    - incorrect data,
    - lack of availability,
    - suspicion of abuse.
  4. All products are described with basic characteristics including material, sample, approximate weight, etc.
6. Prices and payment
  1. All prices are final and in Bulgarian lev (BGN) and Euro (EUR) including VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  2. The trader is entitled to change prices without prior notice.
  3. Payment methods:
    - Online card payment via myPOS (VISA, Mastercard, etc.)
    - Bank transfer
    - Cash on delivery, if active
  4. VISA/Mastercard and myPOS requirements, including security, data protection and 3D Secure protocols, are adhered to for online payments via myPOS.
7. Delivery
  1. Delivery is made by courier company, indicated in section „Delivery“.
  2. Times are approximate and depend on availability, complexity of workmanship and courier workload.
  3. The risk of loss or damage passes to the User from the moment of delivery of the parcel to the courier.
8. Return, cancellation and exchange
  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days in accordance with the CPA.
  2. The product must be in a condition that allows re-sale.
  3. Items with personalization (e.g. engraving, custom-made) non-refundable, except in case of a manufacturing defect.

9. Warranty
  1. All items are warranted according to law and Merchant policy.
  2. Details are given in section „Warranty Terms“.
10. Responsibility
  1. The merchant shall have no liability for the temporary unavailability of the site due to force majeure.
  2. Merchant does not warrant that the products will fully conform to User's expectations beyond the description.
  3. The trader is not liable for any damage caused by improper use of the products.
11. Payment services via myPOS
  1. Online payments are processed through myPOS, which acts as a registered payment institution.
  2. Card details not stored from the Merchant.
  3. 3D Secure protocols are used as required by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and JCB.
  4. In the customer statement, the transaction can be displayed as: RINGFINITY GOLD.
12. Protection of personal data
  1. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the GDPR.

13. Copyright

All images, text and graphics on the site are the property of RINGFINITY and may not be used without written permission.

14. Applicable Law

The relations between the Merchant and the User shall be governed by the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
